About the Role

Strike Group Australia is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to bridge the gap between Product Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. This role is responsible for transforming technical product capabilities into compelling market propositions that drive product adoption, sales growth, and channel engagement.

Working across product, sales, engineering, and marketing teams, you will lead product launches, develop sales and channel enablement assets, coordinate partner marketing initiatives, and provide the market intelligence needed to support commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Product Go-to-Market & Positioning

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Define target audiences, industry verticals, channels, and launch strategies.
  • Coordinate product launch campaigns, content, presentations, and promotional assets.

Sales & Channel Enablement

  • Create product datasheets, pitch decks, battlecards, and technical collateral.
  • Develop reseller and distributor training materials and co-marketing programs.
  • Equip sales teams and channel partners with the tools required to improve product adoption and conversion.

Channel Marketing & Events

  • Coordinate partner marketing programs, webinars, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Drive reseller engagement and channel activation initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Product Lifecycle Support

  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer insight development.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing market feedback to engineering teams.
  • Support new product introductions, product evolution, and end-of-life communications.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor product performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes.
  • Report on launch effectiveness, channel readiness, and market trends.
  • Provide recommendations to improve product adoption, sales effectiveness, and marketing performance.

Accountability

The Product Marketing Specialist is accountable for the commercial performance of assigned products and product categories, including:

  • Contribute to product-specific revenue growth
  • Product adoption and revenue contribution.
  • Lead generation and sales conversion support.
  • Channel partner readiness and engagement.
  • Product launch effectiveness.
  • Customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and attach-rate performance.

You combine technical understanding with strong commercial and marketing skills and can translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions.
