ORDERS SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA:
  • All standard orders are shipped via Startrack Express
  • All orders to a PO box will go via Australia Post
  • FREE Express Shipping for ALL ORDERS OVER $250 (incl. GST) within Australia!
  • Please note our larger antennas cannot fit in airbags and will be shipped via road
  • You also have an option to PICK-UP your order at Strike Warehouse 1/12 Fraser Rd, Northgate QLD, Australia 4013 – for FREE! However, to ensure availability of the item, please call or email us before picking up your order.
  • We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock however, if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.

LEAD TIMES FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCT RANGES:

Strike Alpha Cradles: 
Strike Alpha cradles are made to order and ship approximately in 2-3 business days.

Strike Charging Cabinets 
Strike Charging Cabinets are made to order, with a lead time of approximately 1-2 weeks.

RAM Mounts:
Estimated lead times are listed on each product page. We may hold your order until all items are ready to ship.

  • "In Stock" – Ships within 24 hours of purchase
  • "Ships 2–3 business days from order" – Currently in transit to us; will ship once received
  • "Out of Stock - Available via Special Order" – estimated 8-11 weeks lead time

Clic-On Mounts:

Clic-On Mounts are purchased to order and take approximately 2–3 weeks to arrive. These are bespoke, car-specific solutions.

Industrial Evolution Mounts:
Industrial Evolution Mounts are made to order, with a lead time of approximately 3-4 weeks.


ORDERS SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND:
  • We offer shipping rates starting at $15.15 (up to 0.5kg) for Airmail – 2-5 Business Days Shipping.
  • If item is in stock, your parcel will be delivered within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock however if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.
 COUNTRIES OTHER THAN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND:
  • We ship to over 90 countries. Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping rates can be viewed upon checkout.
  • If item is in stock, your parcel will be delivered via Airmail within 5-16 business days.
  • We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock however if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.

Customs and import charges for orders shipping to New Zealand or international destination:

You may be charged for duties and taxes by your Customs Service Department depending on the value of your order and destination country. Please note that we do not have control or estimate for these charges as these are imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.
