- We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock; however, if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.

Strike Alpha cradles are made to order and ship within approximately 2-3 business days.
Strike Charging Cabinets
Strike Charging Cabinets are made to order, with a lead time of approximately 1-2 weeks.
RAM Mounts:
Estimated lead times are listed on each product page. We may hold your order until all items are ready to ship.
- "In Stock" – Ships within 24 hours of purchase
- "Ships 2–3 business days from order" – Currently in transit to us; will ship once received
- "Out of Stock - Available via Special Order" – estimated 8-11 weeks lead time
Clic-On Mounts:
Clic-On Mounts are purchased to order and take approximately 2–3 weeks to arrive. These are bespoke, car-specific solutions.
Industrial Evolution Mounts:
Industrial Evolution Mounts are made to order, with a lead time of approximately 3-4 weeks.

New Zealand Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to New Zealand are subject to New Zealand Customs regulations.
Low Value Goods (LVG) Levy
For orders valued at NZD $1,000 or less, a mandatory Low Value Goods (LVG) levy applies. This levy is imposed by New Zealand Customs on low-value imported goods.
- The LVG levy is currently NZD $2.54 per shipment
- This amount is included within the shipping fee at checkout and is not charged separately
- The levy is required by New Zealand Customs and is not a fee set by us
Why this levy applies
The LVG levy helps cover the cost of processing low-value imports into New Zealand. It is part of the New Zealand Government’s importation framework and applies to eligible shipments entering the country.
Orders over NZD $1,000
Orders valued over NZD $1,000 may be subject to customs duties, GST, and import processing charges. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and may be payable to the courier or New Zealand Customs prior to delivery.

From 1 August 2025, orders over $800 USD may be subject to a 10% import tariff upon arrival in the United States. This fee is charged by US Customs and is the responsibility of the recipient.
From 1 July 2027, the $800 USD exemption will be removed, and all shipments may incur import duties.
