Trouble shoot the Alpha Tracking App for Android devices

Issue: GPS Tracking is not working

1. Ensure that the phone has a sim card inserted in the phone
2. Ensure that the phone is connected to a mobile phone network and that the phone is not in Airplane Mode.
3. Ensure that the phone has the correct date and time set.
4. Turn Location Services On	5. Turn Tracking On in App

Issue: The App is draining too much battery

1. Set Location Update Interval to 120 seconds	2. Or, switch to GPS Tracking when Docked
