FAQs

Q: One strange shortcoming of what is otherwise a quality product is that there's nothing to materially secure the charging disk. The tape securing the base seems strong, but the disk (and the phone) just fall off the mount without the customer putting in their own double-sided tape. Has RAM considered including a circle-sized piece of tape in the package?
A: It's supposed to click into place and stay there without the need for adhesive. But I have escalated this very good suggestion to the product development team. If you think your MagSafe holder might be defective, please file a warranty claim on this website.
