Apple
has unveiled its newest products, the huge iPhone 6 Plus 5.5 inch and slightly
smaller iPhone 6 4.7 inch. The event got huge media coverage as what everyone
has expected. Unveiled iPhone products which were considered by Apple CEO Tim
Cook as the biggest advancement in iPhone history will be available for pre-order from September 12.

Hands-Free Technology
With
these announcements made by Apple, car cradle manufacturer Strike Group also
announced that their Strike Alpha iPhone 6 cradles are available for shipping
starting September 10. Strike Alpha 6 Plus Cradles are available for pre order now and will be shipped not later than September 19.
Strike Alpha Apple iPhone 6 Cradle
The
car cradle manufacturer continuously advocates road safety. Thus, making sure
to cater to almost all iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users by having different

What's New
Thinner and Tougher Screen

The new iPhone has a tougher screen with its unique “ion
strengthened” glass. It is also much thinner and lighter than its predecessor. The iPhone
6 is 6.9mm thin and 7.1mm for iPhone Plus.
Faster iPhone
Apple uses A8 processor that lets the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6
plus perform way better than the iPhone 5s. According to Apple, it can be 84 times much faster than iPhone 5s using a second generation 64-bit chip. The A8 also
uses 2 billion transistors doubled from the previous A7 which has 1 billion.
Apple also mentioned something about “Sustained
performance”. Phil Schiller, illustrated this with a chart showing how typical
smartphones do vs the iPhone 6 and 6 plus after 20 minutes of use. The a8 is
supposed to run smoothly and seamlessly at full power without slowing down. It
also has a 25% Faster CPU and up to 50% faster GPU compared to A7 According to
Apple.
HD Retina Display
The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus has a Retina HD Display.
It has 1,334 x 750 resolution and 1,920 x 1080 resolution for the iPhone 6
plus. It can run applications, play movies with sharper details and richer
colors.
8MP Camera with Burst
Both
iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have camera resolution of 8 megapixels, which is
also the same with previous iPhones. What Apple boasts about its camera is it
brings phase-detection autofocus to the iPhone which is usually available in
DSLR cameras. Apple camera even gets better as they have added new features
such as sensor with focus pixels, improved face detection, and exposure control.
Better Battery
As
iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus claim to be the most advanced iPhone in terms of
features and apps, these products also allow you to be more efficient this
time. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus battery life are expected to last up to 10 and
16 days for standby mode, 14 and 24 hours while using 3G Talk, 10 and 12 hours
while using 3G and LTE Browsing, 11 and 12 hours while using Wi-Fi Browsing, 11
and 14 hours while using HD Video, & 50 and 80 hours while using audio.

As an Apple fanatic and a tech geek, I’m really looking forward to maximise its use and try out its capabilities. As Tim Cook stated, “iPhone 6 is the biggest
