Warranty Registration for Strike Products

Congratulations on your purchase of a Strike product. Follow the instructions below to register your product for warranty purposes.

To register your product for warranty purposes, you must first register your details on the Strike website.  See “Creating a Login for the first time,” otherwise go to “If you already have a Login.”

Creating a Login for the first time:

Step 1:  Go to www.strike.com.au

Step 2:  Click on the 'Register' button in the top right hand corner of the Strike Home Page.  You should then be directed to the New Customer Registration form

Step 3:  Enter the required details and then Click on the 'Continue' button. You are now logged in.  You will also be directed back to the Strike Home Page

If you already have a Login:

Step 1:  Go to www.strike.com.au

Step 2:  Along the top of the page there are a number of links, click on the link titled ‘Your Account.’  You should then be directed to a log in page

Step 3:  Log in as a ‘Returning Customer' by typing your email address and password.

To Register your Warranty

Step 1:  Along the top of the page there are a number of links, click on the link titled ‘Your Account.’ 

Step 2:  Go to the ‘Custom’ section in the right hand column, and click on ‘New Warranty’

From there you should be taken to the Warranty Registration Form

Step 3: Completing the form: 

Enter the Serial Number for your product. This can usually be found on the rear of the unit.

Select the Strike Item Code for your purchase from the 'Product' drop-down list.

Enter the purchase date in the 'Warranty Start Date' box, or select 'Pick' to use the Calandar.  Please ensure this matches the date of your receipt.  This is important as if you do need to claim your warranty, you will need to supply this proof of purchase.

Click on the 'Save' button and your Warranty details will be saved against your Customer Login ID

To View Registered Warranties

Step 1:  You can view Warranty details for any of your registered purchases by returning to 'Your Account' and selecting 'Registered Warranties'.

Step 2: You can register the Warranty for multiple products by clicking on 'Save & New' on the Warranty Registration Form.
